Subject: Most of the selections in MySQL Administrator are disabled?

I just installed MySQL Administrator 1.2.12 to my CentOS 5 server with MySQL
5.0.22. I have logged in as root user with all possible priviledges, but
still when I go to Startup Parameters- page, almost all of possible settings
are disabled. For example, from the InnoDB Parameters- page, only
settingsenabled are two checkboxes; Activate InnoDB & One File Per Table.
All others are greyed out. Why in the world???

As default, buffer pool size for InnoDB seems to be 16M, so I really would
like to adjust all these settings a bit...
