That depends a little on which version of mySql you are running. If you're running version 4.1 or higher you can use a subQuery. Something like this:
SELECT * FROM myTable WHERE Code IN (SELECT Code FROM myTable GROUP BY Name HAVING COUNT(*) > 1)
If you're running an earlier version, it's a little more difficult.
