Back You're running 64 bit Windows 2003 Server and you're using the 64 bit ODBC tool. But the MyODBC driver is 32 bit. There's a 32 bit ODBC Administrator at:
%SystemRoot%\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe
You can create a shortcut to it and then use it instead to manage MyODBC data sources.
