messes up threading in mail programs that understand how to do it.

FYI, new script to make this easier:

  c:\> rebake.bat

Or, semi-synonymously:

  $ ./bootstrap vstudio

Which to use depends mostly on the shell you choose.  See the HACKERS
file for details.
