Can 't install MyODBC MSI into Crossover Office

Can 't install MyODBC MSI into Crossover Office

Greetings.

I've got a trial version of Crossover Office, and I'm trying to install
MyODBC into it. The MSI installer bails out pretty much immediately
after I click on it. I've already installed Microsoft's MSI installer
thing into Crossover.

Should the current version of MyODBC install into a Windows98-like
system ( ie Crossover )?

I can provide extremely verbose logs if required, but I'm assuming the
MSI installer doesn't work on Win98, right?
