Yes, Connector/ODBC 3.51.12 is going to exhibit problems on 64-bit
platforms. We are working on eliminating these problems, and the next
release of C/ODBC 3.51 should be much-improved. Sorry I can't say when
it will be released, only that we are working hard on it.
