Hi the CACHE_SIZE is set to 1.6 GB (200.000 pages) / CAT_CACHE_SUPPLY is set
to 154 MB

Maybe you have set cache size to consume more than virtual or physical
memory in that machine.  Or you have a system imposed limit on the
memory usage for the user that runs MaxDB.
