Hi Eduard,

in this case the DBM does not know the SYSDBA included in your backup.

Please make known the SYSDBA to the DBM with a
 load_systab -u <sydba>,<password>

A second way is the DBM command
 user_sysdba <sysdba>,<password>
before the load_systab. (It depends from your software version whether
the command user_sysdba is available and works properly.)
