Hopefully you can help us and get back to us soon:

After a database crash and reboot of the server the database cannot be
started again. Error message is:

-24994,ERR_RTE: runtime environment error
1,Check knldiag! Kernel died before reaching ADMIN state

We use KERNEL 7.4.3 BUILD 017-123-039-277

Operating system is Debian Linux 2.6.17.3

After a db_clear the database is in state 'Offline' , but
Cannot be started.
