-24994,ERR_RTE: Runtime environment error
no_id_provided_by_rte,no_text_provided_by_rte

Is there a workaround to fix this?

Versions: MaxDB 7.6.0.27 on WinXP Pro SP1.

Additional info: I had 2 instances, removed one of them last night,
when started the system this morning and tried to connect, I received
this message.
