I got unresolved external on Connection::ping() since it wasn't exported
from the DLL. I added MYSQLPP_EXPORT to fix it.

Where is MySql++ now? I went to get the latest code to see if this was
fixed, but http://tangentsoft.net/mysql++/ gives me a DNS error. Has it
moved?
