I'm sorry for the bad example, my first post!
Attached is a working example and with a schema for the table.

The problem is not just related to this table, any other big tables is
crasching the application, and what causing the problem is
adapter.MissingSchemaAction = MissingSchemaAction.AddWithKey.

The application runs on more then 10 other servers without problem, it's
just related to one server.
