Back Hi,
I've got a problem when using MaxDB 7.5.00.08's ODBC driver dynamically on SuSe 8.1 with iodbc. iodbctest crashes by producing the following output:
sdb@(protected):/usr/local/libiodbc-3.51.1/samples> ./iodbctest "DSN=maxdb1;UID=test;PWD=test" iODBC Demonstration program This program shows an interactive SQL processor Driver Manager: 03.51.0001.0908 ? @`??¿taßx? @, SQLSTATE=?
Have a nice day.sdb@(protected):/usr/local/libiodbc-3.51.1/samples>
I have two odbc.ini files:
/etc/odbc.ini ~/.odbc.ini (linked to /etc/odbc.ini)
Both have the same contents:
[ODBC Data Sources] maxdb1=MAXDB Test 1
[maxdb1] Driver=/opt/sdb/programs/lib/libsqlod.so ServerDB=MAXDB1 ServerNode=localhost
Any ideas will be appreciated.
Regards, Norbert Mende
