  | | | DAYNAME function returns null | DAYNAME function returns null 2004-04-05 - By Mark Thomas
Back Hello, all.
I'm having trouble with a brand new instance of 7.5.0.8. The DAYNAME function always returns null (e.g. SELECT DAYNAME(DATE) FROM SYSDBA.DUAL). This has not happened with other instances we've created with this version.
Does anyone know how I can track this down and fix it? Remaking the instance would be most inconvenient.
Thanks.
