Hi I have used google for find a solution for my
problem, i see in directory /etc/ there are much the
configuration server mysql file, i copy this file   in
/var/lib/mysql,  
#: cp my-medium.cnf /var/lib/mysql
and rename file in  my.cnf, but the 3306 port is
close,
can i help?
the log file is ws.err:

060331 14:28:34  mysqld ended
060331 14:30:02  mysqld started
060331 14:30:05  InnoDB: Started; log sequence number
0 43740
/usr/libexec/mysqld: ready for connections.
Version: '4.1.14-log'  socket:
