Hi everybody!

I've personally had an issue with 3.1.10, I believe it was with
PreparedStatement params that worked with 3.1.8 and was fixed some time
ago in CVS. Now I've looked at the build-issues and I'm beginning to
wonder, what other bugs(fixes) / featues have to come until 3.1.11 is
released?

The database has a nice release plan in the docs. Is there something
similar for the jdbc driver?
