MyODBC through Access front-end : no connexion anymore

Hi everyone,

I'm using MySQL 4.1.12 (with innodb) with MyODBC 3.51.11-2.
MS Acces is used as a front-end.
I just added some fields in the DB using phpmyadmin.
For an unknown reason I am not able to link the tables anymore through
"Access Linked Table Manager" : it's like the connexion hangs or
freeze completely. I must kill the application.
I cannot import tables anymore : nothing happens.
Using the same DSN I can run the application though. But no other user
can run it.
For the weirdest reason, only one other user can do both : link the
tables and run the application.
I had this kind of problem before MyODBC 3.51.11-2 was released : if
one user linked the tables, other users couldn't connect anymore. But
other users were able to link the tables on their side. Now the
problem is deeper because nobody except one user (with restricted
privileges) can do that. I need several user because of of DB
privileges.
I tried on older tables and on older versions of the front-end : the
problem is the same.
I even reinstalled MySQL.
I'm not sure I explained my problem very clearely, but it is so
difficult because so weird.
Does anyone have an idea of the problem and its solution ? I'd be glad
to give you more details if needed.
Thanks in advance.

C.N.
