Hi,

if I insert text with special german letters like ? or ? via qb into my
database, they are not correctly stored. The text looks like frxcvulein
instead of fr?ulein for exampel. When inserting the text with
phpmyadmin, it remains correctly spelled.

As I have not found any option for the charset, I do not know how to
handle this problem.

In use is QB 1.1.5 and mysql-db 4.1.8.
