With SQLSetConnectAttr( hdbc SQL_ATTR_AUTOCOMMIT SQL_AUTOCOMMIT_OFF 0)
SQLEndTran(SQL_HANDLE_DBC hdbc SQL_ROLLBACK) does nothing.
