seems to run fine and i can make connections ok.

I got a old server running Mysql 4.x
and i am setting up a new running MySql 5. I have several users and
databases i need to move to the new database. So i chose to use Migration
tool for thisGreetings.
I 've made some modifications to the Glade XML file for Query Browser
that adds a GtkVPaned ( a resizable container ) that allows you to make
the query text section taller - the current qI see there 's been some changes to the svn repository. Looks like
there 's a 1.0 branch and then a main trunck. The 1.0 branch compiles

About two weeks ago I have exchanged some e-mails with Stefan Hinz. He
has given me the instructions how to prepare the Polish translation of
MySQL tools. I 've just translated MySQL Query BrI just downloaded mysql-workbench-1.0.5beta-1.suse93.i586.rpm to try it.
Is there any user documentation? Probably a dumb question but I haven 't
found any on the help button or as a man page or in tHi
I 've created several stored procedures and functions this week end and
everything works great under command line window (results are what i expect
to).
however stored procedures do no work underAll
I will be hosting a Birds-of-a-feather session on the MySQL GUI tools at

I desperately need to run Mysql Administrator on Suse SLES 9 and would
like to know if anyone has already achieved this on this specific O/S.

When I updated my mysql daemon to 5.0 version mysqlcc showed one 1146
ERROR when I tried to edit any table.

the path to mysqladmin since I compiled myself with the path to it
as /usr/ instead of /usr/local

MySQL Administrator 1.1.9 for Windows has been released. This is a bug fix release without new features and solves problems with regard to backup and restoration of schemas.
MySQL Administrator is aOk I solved my problem. It seems it was mysql-administrator and NOT
mysql.
After upgrading MySQL to 4.1 I still had a problem. So on a whim I
decided to recompile mysql-adminstrator against the nI updated my mysql server to version 4.1.12 (latest in ubuntu 5.1). I
also set the default character set to utf8 in the /etc/mysql/my.cnf for
both mysqld and mysql sections. In mysql I can do this
I should fill in some more info on my problem. I 'm running mysql 4.0.24
on my ubuntu 5.1 system. The error I get is after running
mysql-administrator (which compiled just fine).
I just checked and thJust compiled the latest myql-administrator on my ubuntu 5.1 system. I
received the following error
Character set 'utf8 ' is not a compiled character set and is not
specified in the '/usr/share/mysqlHi folks
I just installed the MySQL Administator on my SuSE 9.2 box. The version
