I am running fedora core 3 and i am trying to install the mysql-administrator gui on my pc. I installed the gui using the mysql-administrator-1.0.20-linux.tar.gz.
When i untarred this it went o????????????????? gui-tools.
In script viewer/editor characters in national codepages shown as
spaces. Script executes with empty quotes and make mess in database.
Changes in font preferences foI 'm doing something obviously wrong but I can 't get the migration tool
to find Java on my system either 1.4.2 or 1.5.0. Any advice on this?
